Printing and exporting

Share your document as PDF, Word or a web page.

Open Export (Ctrl+E) and pick a format. Every export uses the styled version of the document, whichever mode is on screen.

  • PDF: for sharing and printing. Text stays selectable and diagrams stay sharp.
  • Word (.docx): an editable document with real headings, lists, tables and images, so Word's navigation pane and styles work. Diagrams come across as pictures.
  • Web page (.html): one file with the styling and your images built in. Email it or put it on a website.
Tip Headings become bookmarks and navigation in PDF and Word, so a clear heading outline makes long documents easier to use.
